Consistency is key when aiming for a better night’s rest. Having a routine can train your brain to start ramping down when it’s the right time each night.
Today I want to talk about why routine is important and some good steps to take when thinking about your nightime routines. There are some things you should definitely be doing consistently – and others you should avoid.
